The school’s International Program Director, Paul Rhee, has a long history of optimism when it comes seeing potential in young students. “We actually have two wonderful students from the beautiful city of Guiyang currently attending our school. I have personally visited Chengdu and hope to make it over to Guiyang on my next visit to China. I really believe in doing whatever we can for our environment. We are building a new wing onto our school and there were definitely strong environment considerations made in designing the new wing. So it was pretty easy for me to decide to invest in the people of Guiyang and the environment by helping with funding for the upcoming environment forum.

Saddleback Valley Christian Schools was founded in 1997 as an independent, college preparatory, WASC-accredited Christian day school which serves preschool through 12th grade. With a mission of empowering each student to achieve to his or her highest potential, this school resides on nearly seventy acres of land in a pristine part of South Orange County. With the new building wing nearing completion, the school will have approximately 66,000 square feet of XCHARXstate of the artXCHARX classroom facilities. The academic and elective campus features inspiring musical performances, creative art programs, and up to date lab and computer equipment. SVCS designed its enrichment programs to bolster its challenging academic program.

The International Program at SVCS was designed with consideration for the many special challenges faced by international students. Knowing the estrangement of a new culture, unusual customs, foreign language, and social challenges, the International program seeks to ensure a quality experience in a warm and loving environment. Each student is given individual attention. With qualified teachers who teach with passion and concern for the success of each child, its students are given all the opportunities for a successful academic career at SVCS.
